In the city of Yangiyer, Khavas and Saykhunabad districts, events of the "Caravan of Culture" and the "Festival of Spirituality" were held under the slogans "Human dignity and the interests of the people are the highest value in the new Uzbekistan" and "The new Uzbekistan is a country where human dignity is exalted".
