According to First Deputy Construction Minister Davron Odilov, the total area of the new city will be 20,000 hectares.

"At the first stage, construction will take place on an area of 6,000 hectares. The construction of social, cultural and administrative facilities, housing complexes is planned. On the territory of the new city, work has already begun on the creation of five new lines of green spaces with a total length of 40 kilometers. In these corridors in the future it is planned to create social and cultural facilities in recreational areas," he stressed.

Judging by the photo, it is planned to build a branch of the elevated metro to the city, and the streets of the first, second and third Renaissance will also appear here.
