The Fergana regional department of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment holds various spiritual and educational events in the framework of the "Week of the Elderly". The representatives of the older generation are shown special respect and attention.

Davlatjan Tursunov is 84 years old, he lives in the "Mumtaz" mahalla in the Koshtepa district. He has worked as a doctor for 65 years. He is a pensioner, but in spite of this he is faithful to his profession. Together with his wife they brought up five children. Today lives quietly and peacefully under their care.

As part of the week we visited the home of this venerable man. Davlat Tursunov was sincerely pleased with such attention.
